We are looking for a dedicated Clinic Director to lead daily operations at Panhandle CTC, located in Pace, Florida. We operate 170+ CARF‑accredited OTPs nationwide, serving over 74,000 patients daily with comprehensive care that combines therapies with safe and effective medications.

Your Role as Clinic Director

The Clinic Director leads and manages daily clinic operations, ensuring high‑quality care and alignment with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with regional leadership on the clinic’s annual budget and strategic business plan.
  • Serve as final authority on daily operations, collaborating with the Medical Director on clinical matters.
  • Act as a community liaison, attending events and building partnerships.
  • Develop and implement policies & procedures related to community relations and public affairs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements; coordinate submission of protocols to federal and state agencies.
  • Oversee personnel‑related decisions: performance evaluation, staffing, training, hiring.
  • Provide staff development and ongoing education.
  • Maintain clinic‑wide compliance with all federal & state laws, including timely submission of corrective action plans.
  • Securely manage medications, medical records, and employee documentation.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and rights.
  • Lead risk management: risk assessments, incident investigations, data analytics.
  • Complete annual Health Stream risk management training.
  • Ensure patients understand responsibilities for safeguarding take‑home medications.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Required Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a social, behavioral, or mental health services field.
  • Experience overseeing services in an outpatient setting, especially in MAT, mental health, IOP, PHP, or SUD programs.
  • Experience working in a narcotic treatment program (MAT) preferred.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven P&L management experience, including full facility budget oversight.
  • Demonstrated business development experience and relationship building with community partners, stakeholders, law enforcement, healthcare providers, and advocacy organizations.
  • Experience with multiple payer sources, including Medicare and Medicaid contracts.
  • Prior management experience; ability to lead, coach, support multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong adaptability and problem‑solving skills; receptive to coaching and dynamic environment.
