Family Nurse Practitioner

PRN Family Nurse Practitioner – Milton, FL

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a high-volume environment, and is flexible working with different teams and clinics. New grads are encouraged to apply.

• Urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine
• Minor procedures including toenail removals and foreign body removals
• Suturing and splinting
• General orthopedic evaluations and management
• X‑ray review (with Radiologist over‑read)
• EKG interpretation
• General dermatology, eye complaints, and GYN care
• Treating patients of all ages
• Emergency management skills in a fast‑paced setting

Shifts are determined approximately two months in advance.

Main Street Clinic

Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Kids Street Clinic Hours (select locations only):

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Hours are subject to change based on company needs, training, float coverage, etc.

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
• MSN or higher required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• EMR and Microsoft Office experience preferred
