Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

Schedule: Wednesdays and Fridays 3:00pm-7:00pm;
Saturdays 9:00am-7:00pm (Hours can be flexible)

Location/Setting: Navarre, 32566

Age Group: Teen

Acuity: Low; G-tube

Our LPN/LVN works together to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes in a homecare setting and provides compassionate nursing care to patients from Aveanna clients. The description provided by Aveanna indicates the role includes scheduling specific to shifts and location.

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) - Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
