Emerald Coast Hospice seeks a compassionate Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on nursing care to patients in home, assisted living, or facility settings. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and report changes to the RN and care team.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing program, current LPN license, CPR certification, and 2–5 years in hospice or related fields.
