A Shift Supervisor supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance, while building customer loyalty. When no manager or operations supervisor is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes all opening and closing procedures.

• Management: Work with store management and crews, supervise crews through assignments, direct activities, and follow up.
• Customer Service: Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, promote a welcoming retail culture (greeting, offering help, and thanking), handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy, and maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise & Presentation: Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, signage, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise, maintain off‑shelf displays, and reset departments following POGs.

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime, and respond promptly to urgent store issues.

• Experience as a retail supervisor.

High School diploma or equivalent preferred, though not required.

Anticipated weekly hours: 29. Part‑time.

The typical pay range for this role is $16.00 – $23.00 per hour.
