We are looking to hire an experienced, in-home sales representative to join our rapidly growing home improvement company. Offering commission pay over & above industry standards with a fair and transparent system. No limit to earning potential.

Appointments (primarily set from organic leads, referrals and repeat customers) are scheduled Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays (if needed). Complete training with ongoing sales support. Offering latest technology for our reps to provide customers digital presentations and paperless proposals & contracts.

• Minimum of 2 years sales experience
• Professional appearance, excellent oral and written skills are a must
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to negotiate contracts and close business face to face
• Ability to learn technical aspects of all products being sold and their installation methods
• Previous experience using a CRM software required
• Home Depot sales experience a plus
• High level of dependability
• Willing to travel within the territory (Mobile to Panama City)
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
