As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will be responsible for evaluating customers' needs and recommending appropriate HVAC solutions that ensure their comfort and meet their budget. You will act as a trusted consultant, helping clients make informed decisions about their heating and cooling systems.

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer comfort needs.
• Provide thorough explanations of HVAC system options, benefits, and pricing.
• Develop and present tailored HVAC proposals that align with client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-ups and support.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Stay informed on the latest HVAC technologies and trends to effectively educate customers.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Proven experience as an HVAC Comfort Advisor or in a related sales/customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, products, and industry standards.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and customer‑focused.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in HVAC or related fields are a plus.
