As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be an essential part of our Retail Team of Experts. Your role involves bringing the T-Mobile brand to life by building rapport with our customers and creating excitement around our products and services. You will be immersed in a continuously evolving world of technology, and you will develop your skills to deepen relationships with customers, fulfilling their needs and educating them on our services.

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customers' journeys and assisting them through their shopping experience.
• Demonstrate the latest technology and recommend personalized solutions, beyond basic device and service offerings.
• Approach each interaction with professionalism and empathy.
• Utilize digital tools to effectively communicate our coverage advantages and benefits of T-Mobile services.
• Complete required training to enhance your knowledge of the products and in-store experience.
• Proactively seek out information to stay updated on wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with T-Mobile employees across channels to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Identify potential leads for small businesses.
• Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive working environment.

• A passionate customer advocate, eager to connect with customers.
• A competitive drive with the ability to excel in a dynamic sales environment.
• A willingness to learn and collaborate with colleagues while resolving customer issues.
• Ability to balance customer satisfaction and performance goals.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail setting.
