• Expert Product Knowledge: Master the technical aspects of our product lines and installation methods to act as a subject matter expert for our clients.
• Project Management: Utilize our CRM to maintain meticulous records.

• Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2 years in professional sales; experience in home improvement or high-ticket retail environments is a significant plus.
• Closing Expertise: A confident hard closer who is comfortable negotiating and finalizing contracts during the initial visit.
• Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills and a polished appearance are essential for building trust with our clientele.
• Logistics: High level of dependability, a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
