Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in the Milton, FL area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $30-40/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are an HVAC Journeyman and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

• Install commercial mini-split HVAC systems
• Mount indoor and outdoor units
• Route refrigerant lines
• Complete system startup and commissioning.
• Use HVAC hand tools to cut, fit, and secure copper piping, condensate drains, and electrical connections in accordance with commercial building codes
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot installed systems to ensure proper operation and compliance with project specifications and safety standards
