Pipefitter, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

CCI Mechanical, LLC is expanding its workforce and is seeking an experienced and skilled Pipefitter with a strong background in hydronic piping systems.

This position is located in Northwest Florida and will report to our Holt, FL office.

• Install hydronic piping systems according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
• Select and install appropriate pipe fittings, valves, and controls to regulate fluid flow.
• Conduct pressure tests and inspections to verify the integrity of the installed systems.
• Diagnose issues, develop solutions, and perform repairs on existing systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of hydronic systems.
• Collaborate with other trades and professionals on construction and maintenance projects.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

• 10 years of experience with hydronic piping layout and fabrication.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve problems in hydronic systems.
• Effective communication skills with colleagues, clients, and other professionals.

• HVAC piping experience.
• Boiler experience.
• Knowledge of chillers.

If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.

The position requires the ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co‑workers and clients. Functions may include bending, stooping, sitting, climbing stairs or ladders, walking or standing for prolonged periods, and routine lifting of up to 35 pounds. Personal protective equipment such as hard hats, steel‑toed boots, eye protection, respiratory and hearing protection must be used at all times.

Job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. The office setting involves exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Outdoor settings include walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons with exposure to heat, cold, wind, rain, and occasional wildlife. Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise may occur.
