CGL Facility Maintenance, LLC provides comprehensive facility maintenance services to clients nationwide. The General Trades Technician will support building upkeep, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and preventative maintenance to ensure safe, functional facilities.
Responsibilities include responding to service requests, performing repairs, reading blueprints, and operating building automation systems. On-call readiness and mentoring junior technicians are expected.
