** Pay Rate:*
* _The pay rate for this job is $18 - $22 / hour

** What you'll be doing as an Industrial Maintenance Technician:*
* + Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment to help reduce breakdowns and downtime

+ Inspect and test machinery and equipment to identify potential problems before failures occur

+ Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment issues

+ Repair or replace faulty machine parts, components, and systems as needed

+ Lubricate, clean, adjust, and calibrate machinery to keep equipment operating properly

+ Respond to equipment breakdowns and assist in restoring machinery to safe and efficient operation

+ Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment to complete repairs

+ Read and follow equipment manuals, diagrams, schematics, and maintenance instructions

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs

+ Work with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues

+ Maintain a clean and safe work area

+ Follow all plant safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures

+ Perform other maintenance duties as assigned

* + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready

+ Previous industrial, manufacturing, or machine maintenance experience is required

+ Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills

+ Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

+ Ability to safely use hand and power tools

+ Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, diagrams, and schematics

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance or production team

+ Comfortable working around industrial manufacturing machinery

+ Ability to stand, bend, stoop, crouch, climb, and perform physical maintenance work throughout the shift

+ Strong commitment to workplace safety

+ Background Check and Drug Test Required
