Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

• 1. Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• 2. Coordinate and execute the month-end and year-end closing process.
• 3. Ensure compliance with all internal processes and relevant regulations to guarantee accuracy of financial statements.
• 4. Prepare and present financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
• 5. Develop and maintain the company’s internal financial controls, including cost accounting, budgets, and forecasting.
• 6. Manage and mentor a team of accountants, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• 7. Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process.
• 8. Collaborate with the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations.
• 9. Identify opportunities for process improvements to accelerate the close and reporting processes.
• 10. Stay updated with industry trends and current best practices.

• 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
• 3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial accounting role.
• 4. Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• 5. Proven experience with financial reporting, taxation, auditing, corporate finance, and all other aspects of accounting.
• 6. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel.
• 7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• 8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 9. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 10. Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 11. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
