• Support the Store Manager in ensuring efficient, safe, and effective operations.
• Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards.
• Schedule mechanics/technicians work and manage outside orders.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of jobs.
• Meet customer expectations and maintain team safety.

• Assist customers with tire selection and recommend necessary repairs.
• Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians.
• Stage vehicle repair/maintenance work.
• Drive sales initiatives and promote Mavis products.
• Communicate directly with customers to assess needs and ensure satisfaction.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience and/or training: at least 1 year in automotive parts/tire sales or 1 year in automotive repairs/maintenance, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
