Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year.

We are looking for a senior financial analyst with a knack for leading teams and driving financial strategy. Join our company as a Permanent Lead Financial Analyst. This role is critical as it shapes our financial future and strategy. The Lead Financial Analyst will manage a team of financial analysts, oversee financial planning and strategy, and provide insightful financial analysis to guide decision‑making.

• Lead and manage a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and ethical behavior.
• Oversee the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling, to provide recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs, identify financial implications, and provide financial guidance.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variances.
• Develop and implement financial management strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards.
• Participate in special projects, ad hoc analyses, and initiatives as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree or certification such as CFA or CPA is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• High proficiency with financial software applications, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, explaining complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• High level of integrity, dependability, and results‑orientation.
