We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to play a central role in our company's financial operations. This role will involve working closely with our financial team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, as well as contributing to strategic financial planning.

• Oversee and manage all general ledger activity, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and US GAAP.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of financial data and provide strategic recommendations based on findings.
• Manage the preparation and execution of the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage the audit process.
• Manage and monitor the financial aspects of private equity investments.
• Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required. An advanced degree or CPA certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and other relevant financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial colleagues.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about financial management.
