Job Title: Pool Attendant

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and service-focused Pool Attendant to join our team. This role is essential to creating a safe, clean, and welcoming pool environment for our guests. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and delivers exceptional hospitality with a positive attitude.

• Set up and arrange umbrellas, loungers, and poolside furniture daily
• Ensure the swimming pool, surrounding deck, furniture, and facilities are clean, organized, and safe
• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Distribute towels, assist with shade setup, and accommodate guest requests
• Clear used towels, glassware, and trash in a timely manner
• Monitor guest activity to help maintain a safe and comfortable environment
• Enforce all pool safety rules and facility policies
• Report any damages, maintenance needs, or incidents to a supervisor promptly
• Conduct daily inspections of the pool area and assist in managing the cleaning schedule
• Take guests food and drink orders and deliver to pool side
• Support overall pool operations as needed

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Strong verbal communication and guest service skills
• Ability to lift and move pool furniture and equipment as required
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently
  
  Professional appearance and friendly, approachable demeanor
• Either have or be willing to obtain a food handlers permit

• Outdoor, active role in varying weather conditions
• Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shifts
