We are seeking a Director of Workforce Partnership (in Career Services) to foster employer partnerships and elevate overall student retention and graduation outcomes.

• Develop long-term employer engagement strategies across healthcare, business, and local industry sectors.
• Oversee campus-wide student readiness initiatives, including resume building, interview preparation, and job fairs.
• Secure hands-on training, externship pathways, and direct hiring opportunities for students.
• Work closely with academic leaders and employer advisory boards to ensure graduate skill alignment.
• Maintain rigorous standards for verification audits and student outcome reporting.

Schedule:

Full-time, 40-hours per week

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

Salary Range: $80,000–$95,000/yr + benefits (depending on experience and qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s in Higher Ed, HR, or Counseling preferred.
• Demonstrated success building employer engagement network pipelines.
• Passion for student success, graduate placement rates, and team mentorship.
