I am currently partnering with a world-renowned CPG leader—the name behind some of the most essential household and professional hygiene brands globally. They are looking for a strategic eCommerce Analytics Manager to join their North American division.
In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of the eCommerce analytics roadmap. You won’t just be "crunching numbers"—you will be translating complex data into a commercial narrative that drives growth across digital marketplaces and distributor channels. This is a high-visibility position that bridges the gap between technical data science and executive-level business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic
Roadmap:
Design and execute the analytics strategy to accelerate market share and digital shelf performance in a "must-win" channel. - Tech Stack Ownership:
Manage and modernize the eCommerce technology stack, ensuring tools are scalable and integrated with broader corporate AI initiatives. - Actionable Insights:
Transform data into "storytelling" assets that provide clear recommendations for sales, marketing, and finance leadership. - Advanced Capabilities:
Integrate AI and predictive modeling into existing workflows to improve forecasting and identify emerging market opportunities. - Cross-Functional Influence:
Act as the primary consultant for internal teams (Sales, Finance, Category Management) to ensure data-driven decision-making is embedded in the "eCommerce Playbook." - Performance Tracking:
Build and oversee sophisticated dashboards covering KPIs such as conversion rates, pricing elasticity, availability, and share of search.
Experience:
5+ years in Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, or Data Science, with a heavy preference for candidates from an eCommerce or Omnichannel background.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Analytics, Finance, Economics, or Data Science).
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel are essential. Familiarity with modern data platforms and AI-driven analytical tools is highly preferred.
Communication: A proven ability to simplify technical data for non-technical stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
Industry Context:
Experience with in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or B2B distribution is a significant advantage.
