Salary $110,000 - $160,000 per year

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a focus on Power Boiler Systems to join our dynamic team in the Paper & Pulp industry. • Oversee all aspects of power boiler system projects from initiation to completion. This includes planning, executing, and closing projects within the agreed-upon scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget, while meeting quality standards and customer expectations.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring project recovery strategies are in place and effectively implemented when necessary.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors, ensuring all contractual terms and conditions are met.
• Monitor and report on project progress, offering regular status updates and handling any issues that arise.
• Conduct post-project evaluation to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements, implementing lessons learned for future projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically in power boiler systems.
• Demonstrated experience in project recovery and the ability to manage risks and issues effectively.
• Strong technical knowledge of power boiler systems, including design, operation, and maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team toward achieving project goals.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to a variety of stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete employment screenings, and submit to random drug testing.
