Job Details

We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Permanent Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in managing construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost control, scheduling, and resource allocation. With over five years of experience in the industry, they will possess a keen understanding of the construction process, the ability to manage teams, and a drive for excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of projects.

Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop full‑scale project plans and associated communication documents.

Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

Track project milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications

A minimum of five years of experience in a project management role within the commercial construction industry.

Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.

Proficiency in project management software tools.

Competence in cost control, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Ability to lead project teams and manage resources.

Strong understanding of the construction process, including design, procurement, and execution.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
