Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated Permanent Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in managing construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost control, scheduling, and resource allocation. With over 5 years of experience in the industry, they will possess a keen understanding of the construction process, the ability to manage teams, and a drive for excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the planning and implementation of projects.
  • Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Developing full‑scale project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
  • Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  • Drafting and submitting budget proposals, and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary.
  • Setting and continually managing project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path.
  • Tracking project milestones and deliverables.
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the commercial construction industry.
  • Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Competence in cost control, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to lead project teams and manage resources.
  • Strong understanding of the construction process, including design, procurement, and execution.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
