About UsAt Theo’s Brothers Bakery, we are dedicated to the time-honored art of traditional baking. We pride ourselves on creating exceptional scratch‑made breads, pastries, and baked goods for our community. We are currently seeking a skilled, passionate, and experienced Baker to join our team for a unique mid‑shift position.
Shift ScheduleHours:
2:00 pm–11:00 PM (These hours may vary based on production needs)
Prepare, mix, shape, and bake a variety of artisanal breads, pastries, and baked goods from scratch following established recipes.
Manage dough fermentation, proofing schedules, and oven temperatures to ensure consistent product quality.
Operate commercial bakery equipment including mixers, dividers, and deck or rotary ovens safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, sanitized, and highly organized workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in prepping ingredients for subsequent shifts.
QualificationsExperience:
Minimum of 2 years of professional scratch‑baking experience in a commercial bakery or high‑volume kitchen.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of dough handling, shaping techniques, and oven management.
Attributes:
High attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and alongside a team.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
