The Groups and Outreach Director will lead the charge in connecting people to meaningful community and mission s leader will oversee all small groups and Bible studies, ensuring that at least 50% of our weekend attendance finds a group where they can belong and grow. They will also launch and lead a dynamic outreach ministry that spreads the Gospel into our neighborhoods, while developing and managing a network of local mission partners that allow Stonecreek to serve our city in powerful and practical ways.

*** Oversee the recruitment, training and coaching of Group and Study leaders.
* Utilize Average Group Attendance and Core Score data to make discipleship-driven decisions.
