Infusion RN - Patient-Care Leader & Mentor

Naven Health is hiring an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite, under physician plans of care. You will ensure patient safety with structured supervision and timely documentation.

This role requires an active RN license and 3–5 years infusion nursing experience, with CPR certification. Expect travel, patient education, and collaboration with clinical teams to optimize care.
