Server, Server​/Wait Staff

Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails is a locally loved restaurant known for warm hospitality, scratch-made food, and genuine Southern charm. We’re looking for experienced, guest-focused Servers who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in delivering memorable dining experiences.

Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming, polished first impression

Guide guests through the menu with confidence, including daily specials, wine, beer, and cocktail recommendations

Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders while maintaining proper pacing of service

Deliver food and drinks efficiently, ensuring quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction

Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service throughout the meal

Handle guest concerns professionally and with a solutions-oriented mindset

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas

Work collaboratively with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management

Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and company policies

Prior serving experience preferred (full-service restaurant experience a plus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment

Team-first attitude with a positive, professional demeanor

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails—or a willingness to learn

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
