Support Lead Part Time

Responsibilities

• Ensure all associates and managers are wowing the customer through personal contact with customers
• Achieve CSAT score goals provided by the District Manager
• Lead front‑end operations
• Train staff on the High Fives of Customer Service
• Guarantee that each guest has a fast, friendly checkout experience
• Maintain store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers at all times
• Execute opening and closing store procedures
• Assist with front‑end operations and perform service manager duties when absent
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop all associates
• Review all corporate communications and respond accordingly
• Partner with supervisors or corporate office regarding store issues
• Drive store sales and control expenses, including services such as ear piercing, balloons, and buy‑online pickup
• Assist payroll processing and keep payroll within budget
• Manage merchandising procedures, including receiving, stocking, unloading trucks, checking shipments, staging merchandise, packing out, and queue merchandising
• Adhere to and hold associates accountable to Five Below’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Handle cash procedures, including preparing and dropping bank deposits
• Authorize register functions such as post voids, returns, and discounts
• Comply with Human Resources policies and procedures
• Drive key metrics:
  Sales, ADS, CSAT scores, and expense control
• Perform store maintenance tasks such as taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, and maintaining the stock room

• High school graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year of management experience
