Job OpeningPark Ranger Mounted Unit Intern (Unpaid Contracted Student Interns) for the 2026 Fall Semester, part‑time, located at 705 Hillside Street, Milton, MA.

This internship is unpaid and is designed to support students or recent graduates seeking practical experience in the field. Candidates may be eligible to earn academic credit through their college or university.
General Duties- The Stable Aides Assistant
- Event and Program Assistant
- Administrative Assistant
- Perform maintenance on equines, including mucking, bedding, grooming, clipping, sheath cleaning, picking paddocks, tack cleaning, etc.
- Assist with park special events, programs, and stable tours that require equine assistance.
- Complete administrative tasks such as data entry to support organizational operations.
- Provide office support where needed.
- Experience with lungeing, round penning, and natural horsemanship.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.) and Acrobat Pro.
- Additional qualifications discussed with the unit supervisor.
