Thacher Montessori School | Hiring Classroom Assistants (Full-Time & Part‑Time)
Thacher Montessori School is seeking warm, dependable classroom assistants to join our collaborative Montessori community just outside Boston. We offer a joyful, child‑centered environment where staff are valued partners in supporting independence, curiosity, and growth.
Salary: $24 per hour – $28 per hour (based on education and experience)
Who We’re Looking For- Enjoy working with children and respect their independence
- Bring a caring, professional presence and willingness to learn
- Communicate well and work effectively as part of a team
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree and/or Montessori experience (preferred)
Responsibilities include supporting classroom activities, preparing materials, assisting with student focus and conflict resolution, and helping maintain an organized learning environment. Positions follow the school‑year calendar. Full‑time roles include benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
