We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dependable Preschool Teacher to join a well-established and highly regarded daycare in Milton, MA. This is a contract position supporting the preschool classroom. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and enjoy creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where young children can learn and grow.

• Provide attentive, nurturing care and supervision to preschool-aged children.
• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate educational and developmental activities.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages learning, exploration, creativity, and social development.
• Support children's cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and communication development.
• Establish consistent classroom routines and expectations.
• Observe children's development and respond appropriately to individual needs and interests.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
• Communicate professionally with parents and guardians regarding children's experiences and development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Follow all health, safety, and childcare policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the needs of the classroom.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and other school activities as required.
