Prepare the starter station area for meals to patients and work the starter position on the patient meal line.;
Assist with the dish room duties and restock starter station areas.;
Check kitchenettes for food supplies based on par stock levels and record refrigerator temperatures.;
Prepare and deliver patient nourishments and assist with portion control on the patient tray line.;
Set up cafeteria, stock, and operate the cash register; maintain cleanliness of dining areas and equipment.
