We’re seeking an Insurance Customer Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of an assigned book of business. You’ll lead retention efforts, identify additional coverage opportunities, close new business, and maintain clear communication with clients. You’ll also work closely with teammates while using established workflows, technology, and tracking systems to keep accounts organized. As the agency expands into Central Massachusetts, this role offers opportunities to grow into team leadership or VIP Client Success Manager responsibilities.
- Base salary starts at $65,000 and is based on experience

- Manage the day-to-day needs of assigned accounts.
- Conduct coverage analyses and loss reviews.
- Identify additional exposures and cross-sell appropriate coverage.
- Close new business aligned with agency goals.
- Respond to clients clearly, promptly, and professionally.
- Maintain organized workflows using agency technology.
- Active insurance license required.
- Strong awareness of AMS 360 data integrity.
- Commercial and/or personal lines insurance knowledge.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, Teams, Outlook, and rating portals.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to agency expansion.
