Milton Academy seeks an Assistant Director of Major Gifts to manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and support fundraising efforts. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in fundraising and a successful track record in major solicitations. The Assistant Director will work closely with school leadership, engaging alumni and benefactors to inspire gifts of $100,000 and above. This position is full-time with flexibility for travel and evening/weekend work.

The salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 based on experience.
