Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Milton, MA

Contract | 12-Hour Mid Shifts (11:00 AM – 11:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, monitor, and respond to patient conditions including cardiac and telemetry needs
• Administer medications accurately and in accordance with facility protocols
• Interpret ECG/telemetry rhythms and dysrhythmias as part of ongoing patient monitoring
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

• Active Massachusetts RN license (or valid temporary MA license) required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications through AHA required at time of submission — no other issuing bodies accepted
• Must pass a Dysrhythmia (ECG/Telemetry) exam and a Medication exam, each consisting of 20 questions with a minimum passing score of 85% — one attempt only, no remediation or re-sit permitted
• Must be available to complete testing within 48 hours of confirmation and all testing within one week of placement
• Candidates must not reside within 50 miles of the facility and must have been separated from the facility for 6 or more months (permanent, per diem, or travel)

• PALS or ENPC certification preferred
• TNCC certification preferred

• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly (exclusive of any on-call hours), providing consistent and predictable income throughout your contract
• Opportunity to work in a high-acuity Emergency Room environment with a structured onboarding process
