Registered Nurse
- Medical Surgical (Telemetry)

Milton, MA | Acute Care

Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required | 72 Hours Guaranteed Biweekly

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Perform continuous cardiac monitoring, including dysrhythmia recognition and management
• Manage vasoactive medications, sedation titration, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Support ventilator management and post-STEMI care as needed
• Pass a mandatory pass/fail ECG/Telemetry test and Medications test at Day One orientation
• Document all patient care accurately using the Epic electronic health records system

• Active Massachusetts (MA) Registered Nurse license required
• Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Current ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Minimum 2-3 years of related Telemetry or Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• Local candidates are welcome to apply

• CCRN certification preferred
• Experience with post-STEMI care
• Background in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management

• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly on all contract assignments, excluding on-call time
• Winter staffing opportunity with immediate placement support for qualified travel nurses
