Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff and first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including hallways, waiting areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Help deter unauthorized access, disruptions, and policy violations by monitoring entrances, observing visitor activity, and following post orders for restricted or sensitive areas;
Complete routine reports, document incidents and observations, and relay relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management
