Security Officer Medical Campus Rover

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that may require attention.;
Assist with access control duties by monitoring entry points, verifying authorized access, and guiding visitors and/or vendors in accordance with location policies.;
Support healthcare operations by helping with de-escalation, providing directions, and communicating with staff and/or first responders during medical, behavioral, or facility-related incidents.
