** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Operate and monitor crushing equipment to ensure safe, efficient production.
* Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
* Adjust machine settings to meet production targets and material specifications.
* Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate workflow and maintain safety.
* Maintain clean, organized work areas to support safe and reliable operations.
** What We Are Looking For
*** Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and follow established procedures.
* Strong awareness of safety practices in industrial or construction environments.
* Capability to perform equipment checks, identify issues, and support basic maintenance.
* Comfort working in fast‐paced, physically active settings with changing priorities.
* Reliable communication and teamwork skills to support daily production goals.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
