Behavior Specialist

Chance Light Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist to support students in our Education, Training & E-Learning programs. In this role, you’ll implement research-based behavioral interventions, conduct functional behavior assessments, and develop data-driven behavior plans to improve academic, social, and emotional outcomes. You will collaborate with educators, therapists, and families, train staff on effective strategies, and maintain accurate documentation.
