Job Location:

Our client is a leading contract manufacturer specializing in high-quality health and wellness products for companion animals, committed to innovation and excellence. They are seeking a People And Culture Generalist to join their team.

• Manage employee relations, including performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS data entry for new hires
• Administer benefits, compensation, and leave programs while ensuring compliance
• Conduct audits of employee records and support policy development and implementation
• Guide and mentor People & Culture Coordinators and support company events
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational initiatives

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws, and HRIS systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality
• Resourceful, adaptable, and solutions-oriented approach
