Our client is a leading distributor providing a wide range of products to various clients through modern, efficient logistics and warehouse operations. They are seeking a Warehouse Night Manager to join their team.

• Supervise and coordinate all night shift warehouse operations and staff
• Oversee inventory management, inbound and outbound freight, and product organization
• Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and electronic devices
• Manage employee scheduling, timesheets, and performance evaluations
• Maintain a safe and harmonious work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and support operations

• Proven leadership and team management abilities in a warehouse setting
• Experience with inventory, order processing, and warehouse management software
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly, make sound decisions, and maintain professionalism
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate warehouse equipment
