2nd Shift Warehouse Manager; Milton, VT

Salary: $75K

• Do you like working a 2nd shift schedule? (4pm-12:30pm)

• Manages inbound and outbound freight
• Oversees Inventory control
• Using warehouse machinery for picking/packing and receiving
• Assign tasks to all warehouse and transportation employees
• Be the main point of contact on the 2nd shift
• Maintain strong team cohesion and employee relations
• Approves timesheets and time off scheduling
• Ensure employees stay on task and keep up with goals

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years in a supervisor or manager role in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
