The Manufacturing Technician will prepare and perform manual tasks such as inspection and deburring, and operate CNC machines (drilling, milling) to produce high‑quality parts within close tolerances. The role requires reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure accurate manufacturing.

• Set up and maintain tooling in peak condition.
• Understand specifications and desired results by reading mechanical drawings.
• Translate instructions into computer commands for machine operation.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Supervise machine execution and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired results.
• Inspect and measure finished products, comparing them with requirements to confirm proper completion.
• Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs.
• Document and communicate actions taken or needed to maintain continuity among shifts.

• High school diploma or high school equivalency required.
• Solid mechanical aptitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings preferred.
• Ability to operate under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while prioritizing according to requirements.
• Basic and technical English literacy.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts if required.
• 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Salary Range: $23 - $26 per hour
