Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to McDonald’s brand standards;
Direct and supervise shift team, assign roles, and manage floor operations to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service across drive-thru, front counter, kiosk, mobile order, and curbside;
Monitor speed of service, order accuracy, food quality, and hospitality to ensure a superior guest experience;
Enforce food safety procedures, proper handwashing, time/temperature controls, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness standards;
Lead, train, and coach crew members on procedures, service behaviors, and brand standards; provide real-time feedback and address performance gaps
