Salary Range: $21.00 To $25.00 Hourly

• Communicate with contractors on the job site
• Conduct daily traffic plans
• Set up and tear down appropriate work zone equipment
• Operate flagging operations
• Ensure personal safety and safety of contractors, co‑workers, and the general public
• Follow training and uphold safety protocols
• Be aware and vigilant of surroundings to spot safety hazards
• Work under pressure and react to potential danger in an urgent manner
• Provide clear and professional communication with contractors, co‑workers, and the general public
• Submit paperwork to proper channels

• 18 years or older
• Reliably own a vehicle
• Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Ability to travel to meet points
• Ability to stay in overnight lodging for weeks at a time (company provided accommodations)
• Ability to work outdoors
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours, walk long distances and lift a minimum of 25 lbs
