Austin Logistics LLC is seeking a professional, reliable driver to service a high-density rural box delivery route in Milton, VT. This is a stable, long-term USPS contract opportunity. You will be the face of the post office for this community, responsible for the casing, loading, and precision delivery of mail to602 rural boxes.

• Base Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour (Paid Bi-Weekly).
• Reimbursements: Vehicle and fuel allowances provided to offset operating costs.
• Work-Life Balance: Full-Time schedule (K7 Frequency). Daily operations except Sundays and Federal Holidays.

As a contract hauler, you provide the tools for the trade.

• Climate Preparedness: Given the Vermont terrain and winter climate, a reliable 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended.
• Capacity: Back up personal Vehicle must meet the 120 cubic feet (VH120) volume requirement.

• Driving Record: Valid Driver’s License with a clean 5-year driving history

• Background: Must pass a federal USPS background check (non-sensitive clearance), fingerprinting, and drug screen.
• Physical: Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
• Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently to assist customers on the route.
• Reliability: Ability to report for duty in all weather conditions; experience with Vermont winter driving is essential.
• Professionalism: Must maintain a neat and clean appearance while on duty.
