Our client is a pharmaceutical, health and wellness distribution company providing a wide range of products to various clients through modern logistics and technology. We are seeking an experienced warehouse professional to join their team as a 2nd Shift Supervisor.

Your day-to-day as a Warehouse Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and staff activities
• Assign, oversee, and support team members to ensure productivity and accuracy
• Assist with physical warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and inventory troubleshooting
• Maintain a positive work environment and address staff questions or concerns
• Utilize warehouse technology and equipment including handheld devices and forklifts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Your skills and experience:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
• Ability to motivate, train, and direct a diverse team
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities under pressure
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse duties
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with warehouse technology and inventory systems
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
