Overview
I am looking to hire a full-time Staff Accountant (hybrid) role for a reputable company here in Milwaukee, WI (53209). This role will be permanent and is looking to interview right away!
ScheduleSchedule: M-F, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Hybrid: Yes, 3-days remote (Thursday, Friday, Monday)
Responsibilities- Primarily responsible for AP, billing, and collections
- Frequently interact with customers and suppliers
- Generate credit memos and adjustments, maintain accurate records, and approval documentation in accordance with the published authority matrix
- Review AR Aging and past due balances
- D&B reports, customer financial data, and credit references
- Assist in inventory count and quarter-end preparation
- Review and process supplier invoices received from inventory
- Accrual Journal Entries
- 1-3 years of experience
- Bachelors in Accounting- will want person have CPA or desire to sit for CPA
