We're seeking a Senior Accountant for a parking provider in Downtown Milwaukee.
This is an on-site opportunity, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM that offers career trajectory into an Accounting Manager title and duties.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze revenue across locations, identifying trends and variances
- Collaborate with operations to provide financial insights that drive better business decisions
- Prepare and post month-end journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash, and credit card transactions
- Prepare and analyze clients report
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close
- Quick Books experience is a plus
- Proficient in Excel and data reconciliation.
- CPA Certified preferred, not required
Experience providing financial oversight and budgeting for multiple entities or branches is preferred.
